This slightly sparkling white wine is refreshing yet characterful, a good example of a 'natural' wine. Made from 100% organic Garganega grown with biodynamic farming methods on volcanic soil. The wine undergoes two fermentations, the second in bottle, using wild yeasts. It is unfiltered, leaving a sediment in the bottle which adds flavour and texture, and means that this wine will always be a little different depending on what day you open it.
